A-OK! EVERY DAY
The Unplanner System for Planning Success
For those who wonder why everyone else has success with planners but them?
A 12 month January-December toolkit that helps you plan, prioritize and REMEMBER what you need to get done. It will reduce your overwhelm, calm your brain and increase your productivity. This is like no planner you've ever seen.
A-OK! EVERY DAY is for you if . . .

you've struggled to use any planner consistently.

you feel overwhelmed and disorganized.

you wonder why everyone else is successful with planners but you.

you buy all the new planners but they just make you feel less organized.

you forget to write things down in your current planner. Sometimes you forget that you even have a planner!

you don't know how to break your goals down into doable tasks.
I’m a creative thinker, simplifier, an avid boycotter of the status quo, and a classic over doer.
I'm also the host of the #1 podcast and Facebook Group, ADHD for Smart Ass Women, the founder of the strength-focused coaching system,Your ADHD Brain is A-OK! and an ADDCA trained ADHD coach.
I've lived my life as a securities attorney, high end women's wear designer (60% of our business was Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom) and a real estate broker.
In all of these careers, I obsessively searched for that perfect planner. Every new incarnation of bright, shiny planner potential left me hopeful that this one would finally be THE ONE. Inevitably, a few weeks later, I would give up or worse, I'd forget that I even had a planner. Planners never made me feel more organized nor did they decrease my sense of overwhelm. Instead, they made me feel bad about myself. Why did everyone else have success with them but me?
Then two years ago, I had an impromptu meeting in NYC with a brilliant organizational expert, Francesca Rizzo. She shared her one page planner with me. She also counseled that in order for the ADHD brain to be successful with any planning system it has to be easy to get in and out of. It has to be simple. Lo and behold, six months later I was still using her one page planner which showed me that I too could be successful with the RIGHT kind of planner.
That's when it dawned on me that the problem wasn't me; it was the planners. Traditional planners didn't work for my non-linear ADHD brain because they were too complicated. They didn't actually teach me how to get things done. They didn't show me how to plan, prioritize and organize and they did nothing to remind me TO ACTUALLY USE THEM. No wonder my desktop was still littered with post-it-notes!
In true ADHD fashion however, I couldn't leave well enough alone. I had to customize this concept for myself so I promptly fell down the rabbit hole of one-page planners. It turns out that there are a lot of them and I've tried them all. One thing led to another and pretty soon I had spent an entire year designing A-OK! EVERY DAY, and now I'm excited to share it with you.
This is not your typical bound planner that takes multiple steps to get in and out of. The entire A-OK! EVERY DAY system is built around a monthly calendar and a weekly card that will always be at the ready. It's simple and efficient so you'll actually use it.
Getting Started
At first glance, the A-OK! EVERY DAY system may look complicated because it's different from your typical planner. I promise you, it's not. I take no more than 30 minutes to organize my week.

Get it out of your brain
It's all those ideas, to-dos, and deadlines floating around your brain that increase your stress and anxiety and contribute to your feelings of overwhelm. Once or twice a month you'll get them all out of your head and onto your Brain Download card.

Break down your goals into small tasks
We tend to see a goal as one big task. It’s much too big, leads to overwhelm; we don’t even know where to start! If you feel overwhelm, it’s likely because your tasks are still too large or they’re out of order. Sometimes you can’t complete task #2 until task #6 is complete but until you break down the goal, you won’t even realize this. Your Goal Decode card will teach you how to break down goals into tasks and better estimate how much time it will take you to complete them.

We are Gold Star People
In order to be successful, we need to feel successful. This positive emotion motivates us to continue. Every time we successfully check a task off of our Weekly Task List or add an appointment to our Monthly Calendar, our dopamine fires which makes us want to continue. This is why it's so important to choose small, realistic, do-able tasks. When you accomplish these tasks, you need to celebrate your success because this also motivates you to stick with it. Give yourself a gold star!

Includes 3 Live Online Saturday Morning Planning Sessions with Tracy
Planning Sessions will be held in January, dates TBD, at 8:00am PST/11:00am EST
My good friend, Procrastination Coach, Dr. Christine Li offers early Saturday morning work on whatever you want to get done group coaching sessions. I used these times to plan my next week's schedule. It quickly became one of the most productive things that I do.
In 30 minutes I discovered that I could plan my week, enjoy the rest of my weekend without worry about the uncertainty of what still needed to be done and hit the ground running on Mondays. By our third session, you too will see the benefit of Saturday morning planning.
