Hi, I'm Tracy!

My first year after practicing law, I knew that I was made to do something… more. About then is when I hired a career counselor, and took veritable boatloads of personality tests: Myers-Briggs, the Strong Interest Inventory, the Livermore Achievement Motivation Process; and some test that told me I should be a shepherd. A shepherd, people!?!

People thought that I was successful but I felt "bored" "distracted" and "all over the place." I knew that I wasn't living to my potential. 

Then my son was diagnosed with ADHD. 

Soon after, I too was diagnosed with ADHD.

I started the podcast and Facebook Group, ADHD for Smart Ass Women. 

I became an ADDCA-trained ADHD coach.

With hindsight today, I realize that the results of all this was no surprise. I already knew it all, just as I knew my purpose: I’ve always felt most alive, most connected and most like myself when talking about, encouraging, or studying human potential.

The problem was I couldn't connect the dots…

and didn't know how to make this information relevant to my life so instead it sat on a shelf gathering dust for close to two decades, until I began asking the same questions, again. 

Through trial and error, and immersive research and planning, I developed the patented Coretography PROCESS to understand yourself and what you're meant to do with your life, the first time.

Two years ago I started to rebuild Coretography but this time I developed it specifically for the ADHD brain. I knew that our creative, non-linear brains needed this systematic, structured, step-by-step tool even more than the average brain did. It's called Your ADHD Brain is A-OK! and it’s available now.

Is this the course for me?

Are you sick and tired of making bad career decisions, or are you paralyzed by fear and not making a decision because inertia somehow seems easier? (Just for the record, you do realize that not making a decision is ACTUALLY making a decision, right?) Do you listen to everyone else’s advice about what you should do with your life and then second-guess your decisions anyway? Have you taken every personality test, read all the self-help books, hired all the coaches but you’re still unable to connect the dots? Have you always known that you're capable of so much more? Then Your ADHD Brain is A-OK!, is definitely for you. I have never met anyone with ADHD who wasn't truly brilliant at something. Let's figure out what that means for you.

When does Your ADHD Brain is A-OK! start and finish?

It starts on October 13th and ends on November 20th. The A-OK! system is broken down into six steps that I'll be coaching you through over this six week period. We will work through each week together as a group in our private community. If you need to work ahead or plan on taking a little bit longer, that's fine. A-OK! is built to be completely self-paced, but I've added the Facebook group for accountability and community and weekly office hours to answer your questions. For best results, I suggest that you commit to learning at least one step per week. Taking action is key!

What kind of support will I receive in A-OK!? 

A-OK! is highly structured and offers a lot of individual support. During the program you will be guided by 20+ short video modules, a workbook  and worksheets that will be assigned every week. There will also be weekly office hours on Wednesdays at 10am PST. They will be recorded if you can't make it. Tracy and her Community Mentor, will be in the group M-F to answer your questions and help guide you through each step.

How long will I have access to Your ADHD Brain is A-OK!?

You will have lifetime access. Any added content, improvements, and future versions are also included. If the course is ever discontinued, I will make all videos, audios and pdf's downloadable. The Facebook group will remain open until the end of November. 

I have been diagnosed with a behavioral/emotional disorder. Is A-OK for me?

This program is not designed for anyone with serious behavioral or emotional conditions that a medical doctor or licensed mental health practitioner would diagnose and/or treat.  I am not a licensed therapist or medical practitioner so consult your mental health/medical professional. Bottom line, we’re doers over here. At A-OK!, we care about "just the facts, ma’am.” What happened yesterday and with whom is relevant only to get a snapshot of how we got to where we are. We glean meaning from our past but we’re not about dwelling on it since we can’t do anything to change it. A-OK! provides tools to move forward towards action.

Will you offer a refund for the course if I change my mind?

I would never want you to be unhappy! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me within the first 14 days and I will give you a full refund.

Please know that I have a lot of faith in you and have put a lot of work into developing this program and want you to get what you came for. ❤️  To date we have not had a student ask for a refund after beginning the program. The last day for refunds is  Wednesday, October 28th.

How do office hours work?

We know how much you hate Facebook so we built a custom platform that is off of Facebook just for you. Please submit your questions on the Q&A section in the Live Office Hours link by noon on Tuesdays to give Tracy an opportunity to read them before office hours. If you cannot make office hours, feel free to submit questions anyway. Our team will time stamp them so that you know where to find your answers in the replay.
